The first thing to do if your website is down is to check whether or not the problem is on your end.
1. Try loading your website on another computer or phone that you have available. (Try Private Browsing) - If this resolves your issue, the issue is often with Cache, flush your cache on your PC/Phone)
Tips: Try Ctrl + F5 (to REFRESH your site) | Try removing your browser CACHE (under menu)
2. If you are experiencing the issue on the phone, try turning off your Wi-Fi and see if you can connect using your data (5g/LTE).
If the above suggestions solve your problem, the issue came from your PC or Wi-Fi.
If you are still having trouble loading your website but are able to view other websites such as google.com, that means that you may be flagged on the server's end. Getting flagged on the server can happen when you are editing content or if you continue refreshing the website multiple times to test it (which you are allowed to do but the serve might think you are a hacker and boot you out).
3. Try visiting our websites (https://webvillage.marketing/ and https://winefoodie.life/) to see if they will load.
If you cannot load your website as well as our two websites above, that means that our entire serve is down or being rebooted (which typically happens in the evening, once every quarter).
4. Wait 10-15 minutes and try the above steps again.
At this point, please reach out to us to provide us with your IP address and to let us know that you might have been flagged by the server. Click here to find your IP address https://whatismyipaddress.com/, and provide us with the IPv4 number.
