Limited Post-Launch Support
WebVillage Marketing will provide up to 6 months of complimentary support from the date of project completion for issues directly caused by errors in the original work delivered by WebVillage Marketing. After that 6-month period, or for any issue outside the original scope, additional work will be billed at WebVillage Marketing’s then, current rates.


End of service support & archive
WebVillage Marketing will hold your marketing folder & files for 6 months from the date of project completion or marketing package cancellation date. During this time, you are welcome to make copies, download all your marketing assets created by WVM and back up to your own storage. If you had website with us and you'd like a full backup, we are happy to offer 1 time full back up files of your website for you to download. Please note that we are NOT responsible for any data lost or not saved after 6 month mark as passed.


If you decide to reactivate a hosting or services, reinstatement fee of $150 will apply.


Exclusions
Complimentary support does not cover issues caused by third-party platforms, software, plugins, themes, hosting environments, browser or device changes, policy changes, expired licenses, unsupported or discontinued tools, account reviews, suspensions, re-verifications, client edits, or changes made by anyone other than WebVillage Marketing.  Examples include, but are not limited to, Google Business Profile re-verification, a WordPress plugin being removed or no longer maintained, or a third-party provider such as Wix, Shopify, or another software/platform vendor changing, discontinuing, or shutting down a service previously used in the project.


No Ongoing Maintenance Included
Unless the client is on an active maintenance or monthly support plan, one-time projects do not include ongoing monitoring, updates, replacements, renewals, compatibility fixes, or future troubleshooting beyond the 6-month support period.


Google My Business / GMB

Please note that due to all the changes with google, we cannot guarantee any approval or review adjustments.  We are google partner agency and able to make request but we have to follow Google guideline and we cannot perform any action that violate google policies.  For GMB setup package, we do provide a 50% refund guarantee if we are not able to complete your setup within 6 months or if there's any issue with GMB that we cannot resolve as part of this package.  6 month period starts at the time of paid invoice.


For Virtual Office customers, we cannot reactivate any cancelled GMB location for minimum of 6 months.
