Here are some tips on how to send us update requests so that they can be done quickly and reduce back and forth communication.
- To reach us though email please send your requests, updates and questions to inquiry@webvillage.marketing
*be sure to save that email address to your contacts to avoid our responses filtering into your spam folder*
- If you are emailing us for the first time but we have corresponded with someone from your company in the past, please CC them to ensure that our team knows which company you are reaching out for and what has last been discussed.
- If you would like to call us, you can reach us at our West Coast number (951) 972-8870 or our East Coast number (717) 834-7557, during our business hours. Alternatively, you can reach us at the same phone number via text message.
- If you request an update to your website, please send us a link to the exact page that you would like edited to avoid any confusion. When sending us logos/graphics please supply us with high resolution photos.
- Turnaround time - We do our best to respond to all requests within the same day, and typical non-urgent production task are completed within one to two weeks based on complexity.
- While our team does monitor ticket system for urgent issues such as server down, our production team are available during M-F to process production tasks.
